Amato’s Middletown TrainLand
🚂TrainLand will be back soon. We hope to reopen our TrainLand in late fall of 2024!
Thank you for your patience. In the meantime, we have running trains in all 3 of our front display windows, as well as an in-store Test Track where we will happily let kiddos (and kids at heart) be the “Conductor” and help run the trains on our new light up track! We also have a number of other interactive toy testing stations set up throughout the store.
In 2010, we debuted our Amato’s TrainLand: a wonderland of operating model trains and antique toys that the Amato’s Staff curated in the lower level of our Main Street, Middletown storefront. This huge 3,000 square foot space is a celebration of the fun, history and action of toys & trains showcases:
🚂 An exhibit of the antique toy and train collection of founder Vincent Amato.
🚂 A giant whimsical Playmobil Toyland Display that features large G gauge trains traveling through the villages.
🚂 An interactive Lionel toy train layout with trackside accessories that can be operated by our guests.
🚂 And more! Our exhibits are constantly evolving to incorporate new features and seasonal displays.
